On May 31st, the Nordic Youth Platform hosted a practical seminar on a topic every job seeker faces: how to write a CV and cover letter that actually gets noticed. The session was led by Ferdi Gümüşkaya, HR Analytics Senior Specialist, who shared insider tips from years of experience in recruitment and screening.
